Vehicle Strip Fitter Location: Thurleigh Shift: Monday-Friday, 07:00-17:00 Pay Rate: £15.10 p/h PAYE, £17.31 p/h Umbrella Contract: Long-term, Ongoing work We are seeking experienced Vehicle Strip Fitters to join our client’s bodyshop team in Thurleigh. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring vehicles are stripped, repaired, and refitted to the highest standards, under the guidance of the bodyshop manager and supervisor. The Role: * Accurately undertake the removal of vehicle parts (body parts, mechanical, electrical, and trim) * Removing damaged components in preparation for repairs. * Re-fitting components to restore the vehicle back to a manufacturer approved standard. * Assist other departments within the bodyshop as required. Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role is essential. * Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards. * Must have own tools. * Hold a full, category B driving licence, with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
