Duties * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. * Mix and match paint colours according to specifications or customer preferences. * Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision. * Ensure proper application techniques are followed to achieve desired finishes. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any issues as necessary. * Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines. Experience * Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred. * Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding equipment and tools used in painting tasks. * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during preparation and application processes. * Strong attention to detail with an eye for colour matching and finishing techniques. * Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
