Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanic or Vehicle Technician to work Monday - Friday on vehicles up to 7.5T (Vans) Previous experience as a Mechanic, Vehcile Mechanic, Vehicle Technician, Van Technician, LCV Technician is essential. The successful candidate should hold an industry recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Duties & Responsibilities: * Full service, repair and maintenance vehicles up to 7.5 Tonne including Vans & LCV * Diagnose and repair mechanical defects on all vehicles, replacing parts as and when necessary, in line with company and legislative requirements * Pre MOT-Inspection & Preparation * Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation to a high standard * Working Monday - Friday alternating shifts each week (5:00am-2:30pm / 10:30am - 8:00pm) * You will be required to cover every 1 in 3 Saturdays which will be paid as Overtime at Time & Half (x1.5) In return our client is offering: * £41,000 - £44,000 * Holiday, Pension + Benefits If you feel you have all the required skills and experience for this position, then please forward an up-to-date CV to Caledonian Automotive Recruitment.
