About the Role: Questech Automotive are seeking a skilled and reliable Light Vehicle Mechanic to join one of our amazing clients growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of light vehicles, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine servicing and maintenance on light vehicles * Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment * Carry out repairs on engines, brakes, suspension, transmissions, and other components * Ensure all work is completed to safety and manufacturer standards * Maintain accurate service and repair records * Communicate clearly with customers and team members * Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations Requirements: * Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic (Fully qualified to level 3 in City & Guilds or equivalent) * Experience in a workshop or dealership setting (preferred) * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Current driver’s licence * Good communication and customer service skills What We Offer: Salary - You will earn an hourly rate of between £20 - £25 per hour depending on experience.
