We are looking for a Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Manchester. The job in a nutshell * Salary: £18.00 per hour * Monday to Friday * 08:00 am - 17:00 pm * Manchester * Overtime available * Vehicle Mechanic As a vehicle technician, you will be undertaking vehicle servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs to an extremely high standard, working swiftly and efficiently to create a safe and productive environment. You will ensure the cars are mechanically prepared to a high standard. A minimum of 1-year of experience as a vehicle technician/mechanic is required. What you will be doing as a vehicle technician * Conduct servicing and repairs to many different marques of vehicle, performing diagnostic * testing to identify faults * Maintaining a safe and productive work environment * Understanding of different warranty schemes and how these affect customers * Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and on time * Ensuring Pre Delivery Inspections are completed notifying the customer of any advisory * Follow assignments through to completion, meets deadlines, and deliver on promises Requirements for a vehicle technician * Previous experience and/or relevant qualification is essential * A high level of attention to detail and accuracy. * A keen eye for minor issues. * The ability to communicate with a diverse workgroup. * A Full UK/EU Driving Licence is essential for this role
