Position Overview: As a Vehicle Inspector, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring vehicles meet rigorous standards set by BMW, AUC, and BVRLA. Utilizing mobile computer technology, you'll conduct thorough inspections and accurately document findings. Your attention to detail and ability to work with various IT systems will contribute to the efficient processing of vehicles and the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections of vehicles, utilizing mobile computer technology. * Capture high-quality images of vehicle damage as required. * Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure efficient and accurate processing of vehicles. * Utilize multiple IT systems effectively. * Identify damage and previous repairs, applying the correct repair methods autonomously. * Allocate work to the appropriate areas and apportion costs accurately. * Safely handle all inspection equipment. * Provide professional customer service to both internal and external customers, including conducting demonstrations of the inspection process during calibrations. * Maintain regular communication with site personnel and report any accidents immediately. * Undertake additional duties as requested by the line manager. * Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement.
