The role involves inspecting vehicles as they arrive, estimating any damage, and ensuring that all vehicles are processed efficiently and in the correct order. Key Responsibilities: * Inspection and Estimation: * Inspect vehicles upon arrival and provide detailed and accurate damage estimates. * Take clear images of any damage to support customer reports. * Process Management: * Ensure vehicles are processed in the correct order to meet targets. * Understand and apply the specific standards of each contract. * Team Collaboration: * Build positive relationships with team members to ensure a professional and enjoyable work environment. * Be flexible and support the team during busy periods.
