Job description Our client Flying Spares specialises in the supply of spare parts for Rolls-Royce & Bentley motor cars. The company was founded in 1995 and in February 2020 became Employee Owned. They have a vacancy for a Vehicle Dismantler at their Market Bosworth premises. The main purpose of this role is to assist their busy Recycling team in the dismantling of vehicles. What responsibilities will you have? * Dismantling of vehicles – All models of Rolls-Royce & Bentley from 1946 to the present day. * Removing parts from our vehicles to fulfil sales orders or replenish our warehouse stock. * Quality checking parts that have been removed ensuring that they are of a suitable quality for re-sale to the trade and public. * Housekeeping and Yard Operative duties The successful candidate will ideally : * Have experience working within the Automotive industry. * Have experience of using a range of hand tools. * Be able to work competently and efficiently. * Work well on their own or as part of a busy team. * Possess strong communication skills. * Adhere to Health and Safety policies within the department and around the company. * Be able to follow de-pollution procedures to safely remove fluids, batteries, wheels or gas from vehicles when required. * Forklift experience is helpful but not essential.
