As a Diagnostic Technician working at a superb franchised dealership, you will be responsible for ensuring that all service, repair and maintenance work is completed to exemplary standards on a diverse range of models across their market leading brands. The Role: Our client is seeking a qualified Diagnostic Technician to join an excellent team and assist in providing a high quality and efficient vehicle service offering for customers. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Workshop Controller, this role offers you the opportunity to be put your technical expertise to use and solve complex technical issues, whilst gaining new skills and exposure to new vehicle models and methods of working. Required Skills and Experience: You will be a Level 3 qualified vehicle technician with a full UK driving licence, with manufacturer experience. In addition to your prior experience, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills: Previous brand experience would be very advantageous but not essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. A strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines. Working hours/days: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5:30pm Saturday - 8:30am to 12:30pm on a rota Who are you applying to?
