Responsibilities: * Use your Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA] skills to lead & develop a team of 4 other VDA's * Prepare accurate, fair, and fully justified repair assessments using the latest repair methods * Use Audatex confidently and maintain knowledge of GT Global * Understand insurer and customer contracts to ensure compliance * Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. * Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
