In this role, you will be responsible for assessing a wide range of vehicles using Audatex to calculate costings and determine the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally. You will liaise regularly with insurance engineers and customers, creating precise damage assessments to BSI PAS 10125 standards while employing the correct repair methods. Key Responsibilities * Assess vehicles using Audatex to accurately calculate repair costings and time requirements. * Liaise with insurance engineers and customers to ensure clear communication and understanding of assessment findings. * Create detailed damage assessments adhering to BSI PAS 10125 standards and utilizing appropriate repair methods. * Plan workload effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs) for timely vehicle repairs. * Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. * Perform work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications. * Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate initiative with minimal supervision. * Maintain flexibility in approach to accommodate changing priorities. * Uphold consistently high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction. About You The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: * Previous experience as a VDA with a working knowledge of estimating costs for large-scale damages. * Proficiency in using Audatex for assessment purposes. * Ability to plan workload effectively to meet SLAs. * Demonstrated capability to work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with manufacturers' specifications for repair work. * Strong team player with the ability to work independently when necessary. * Flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities. * Commitment to maintaining high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications ATA qualification in Estimating is advantageous, but not essential. Training and development support will be provided.
