Create accurate damage assessments to BSI PAS 10125 standards, using the correct repair methods. ​You will preferably have an ATA qualification in Estimating however this is not essential, and we are happy to support training and development. ​About You ​As an experienced VDA, you will have a working knowledge of estimating costs for large scale damages, and have experience and confidence in using Audatex. ​You will be able to: * Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are repaired to the agreed service level agreements (SLA’S) * Work to a high standard in a fast paced environment * Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specifications * Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision * Be flexible in your approach * Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.​ ​About Us ​Steer Automotive Group is an award-winning company with over 30 years of knowledge and expertise within the vehicle body repair sector.
