Job Title: Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator Location: Greenham, Newbury, RG19 6HN Salary: Up to £42,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + individual and team bonus Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday Our client is one of the UK’s 6th largest car dealer groups representing 23 of the world’s most popular and celebrated car, van, truck and motorbike manufacturers with 141 dealerships situated across 34 UK counties. They are now actively recruiting for a Vehicle Damager Assessor / Estimator for their Bodyshop in Greenham, Newbury. About the Job: As an experienced VDA / Estimator, the purpose of your role is to assess a wide range of vehicles, using Audatex, and calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally. About You: You must be able to: Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready for agreed timescales. Work skilfully and safely under pressure. Carry out work in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision. Be flexible in your approach. Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind. You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy. Candidates must have previous experience as a VDA / Estimator and be Audatex certified Candidates must have a full and valid UK driving licence.
