The considered candidate will hold a valid VDA Qualification. Carry out visual inspections to identify any accidental damage caused to avoid uninsured loss damage costs. Estimate required repairs together with the time to be allowed, materials and parts required. Talk through repair methods and upselling opportunities with customers. Communicate effectively with customers and production teams to meet requirements. Explain repair procedure and process to the workshop and customers with varying levels of understanding. Write up repair estimates using supporting images. Maximise profit potential by monitoring repair stages and gathering evidence to support the estimate. Undertake final quality Control inspections.
