The repair centre is seeking a skilled / experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor join their team in Sheffield. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Bodyshop Estimator, you will be responsible for but not limited to: * Perform detailed and precise repair assessments to ensure accuracy across a range of vehicles * Calculate precise / accurate repair costs, including identifying, pricing and justifying all necessary work to ensure comprehensive accounting * Manage and plan your workload effectively to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs in line with forecasted schedules * Identify and implement more efficient work practices and processes to improve productivity * Maintain high standards of customer service by effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders including insurance companies and technicians * Demonstrate strong organisational skills and maintaining accurate job records using bodyshop management systems * Oversee stock and parts management, ensuring that all necessary parts are correctly ordered and delivered on time to meet repair deadlines As the Vehicle Damage Assessor / Bodyshop Estimator, you must have: * The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Audatex/GT Motive and repair methods * You will have experience within an Accident Repair Centre / Bodyshop * VDA Qualified / Relevant qualifications Benefits: * Salary: competitive salary * Holiday: 30 days including the 8 bank holidays * Pension scheme * Team bonus * A full team of seasoned professionals If you are interested in a confidential conversation regarding the above position, please apply for the role or give Simmy a call on: (phone number removed) MotorMatch LTD is advertising this vacancy in its capacity as an employment business.
