Vehicle Damage Assessor - Prestige Paint & Body Centre Up to £52,500 per annum 45 hours per week Location: Cirencester GL7 Benefits * Excellent salary * 28 days annual leave (Inclusive bank holidays) raising to 30 days after 2 years of service * Workplace pension scheme * Free Training and Development Academy * Employee long service rewards (Inc. additional holiday) * Free uniform (and PPE) * Life insurance About the role Working as part of the repair centre team you will act as the damage repair consultant. * Inspect damaged vehicle. * Select appropriate repair methods appropriate to customer needs, site resource. * Talk through repair methods and upselling opportunities with customers. * Write up repair estimates using supporting images. * Maximise profit potential by monitoring repair stages and gathering evidence to support the estimate. * Attend daily production meetings to update colleagues on Damage Assessments and customer requirements * Undertake final quality Control inspections. You will play a pivotal role in our customer journey, working in partnership with customers and skilled production teams to achieve the best outcome.
