Are you an experienced in assessing motor vehicles for damage and defects? We are currently recruiting for a highly respected non dealership company and offer a role as a Vehicle Assessor. What’s on offer. * A friendly working environment * Solid company that offers employment security * 28k per year working Monday – Friday * Weekend are offer at overtime if required. The Job * Assisting with the assessment of vehicles returned to site from insurers. * Checking all makes of cars for body work defects. * Checking for all structural damage to vehicles to be categorised for insurers * Photograph cars and upload to portal for resale purposes * Prepare cars to be presentable for customer collection. * Confidence to assess and report on vehicle appearance. * Ability to maintain accurate records. About you * An experience Motor Trade Assessor * Ability to multitask in a demanding environment. * Previous experience as a motor mechanic would be a distinct advantage. * Able to work as a small team in a fast paced and busy environment. * A driving licence will be required for occasional ad hoc delivery or collection duties. Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm. Weekend work would be considered as overtime if required.
