About the Role As a VDA Estimator, you’ll be at the forefront of the repair process, using Audatex to produce accurate repair costings and timelines for a variety of commercial vehicles. Your responsibilities include: * Precise Assessments: Inspect and assess damage to LCVs and HGVs, ensuring repair plans meet BSI PAS 10125 standards and manufacturer specifications. * Efficient Costing: Use Audatex to calculate repair costs and schedules with accuracy and professionalism. * Collaborative Communication: Liaise with insurance engineers, customers, and internal teams to ensure clarity and efficiency. * Workload Management: Plan and prioritize tasks effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs). * Team Contribution: Balance independent work with teamwork, maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. * Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional service with a commitment to customer satisfaction. About You We’re seeking an experienced VDA Estimator with: * Audatex Expertise: Proven ability to use Audatex software for accurate assessments. * Commercial Vehicle Knowledge: Strong background in estimating damage for LCVs and HGVs. * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining high standards. * Technical Competence: Familiarity with manufacturers’ specifications and repair techniques. * Team & Independent Work: A flexible, team-oriented attitude coupled with the ability to work independently. * Qualifications: Ideally, you hold an ATA qualification in Estimating (or equivalent), and we support renewal and further training.
