What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated professional with: * Industry Experience: Proven background as a VDA or in a similar role within the bodyshop or automotive repair industry. * Technical Knowledge: Expertise in vehicle repair methods across various makes and models. * Communication Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with customers, insurers, and colleagues. * Software Proficiency: Familiarity with damage assessment and estimating tools, such as Audatex. * Attention to Detail: Precision in providing thorough and accurate assessments. * Qualifications: ATA VDA accreditation or equivalent is advantageous but not essential, as we provide support for certification renewals and ongoing training.
