Are you an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) seeking a new opportunity with a leading name in accident repair? About the Role As a VDA at Steer Automotive Group, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and professional damage assessments across a variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. Using Audatex, you’ll calculate repair costs and timelines, working closely with customers and insurance engineers to ensure the highest standards are met. Your Key Responsibilities: * Conduct precise damage assessments for a wide range of vehicles. * Use Audatex to generate accurate repair estimates and timelines. * Collaborate with insurance engineers and customers to deliver comprehensive assessments. * Ensure compliance with BSI PAS 10125 standards and manufacturer specifications. * Manage a fast-paced workload, meeting service level agreements (SLAs). * Work both independently and within a team to maintain exceptional service levels. * Continuously strive for excellence, prioritizing customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a skilled professional with a proven track record in the accident repair industry. Key Attributes: * Proficiency with Audatex for precise damage assessment and repair costing. * Experience with various vehicle types, including electric and hybrid models. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. * A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently. * Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. * An ATA qualification in Estimating is highly desirable, but we’re happy to support ongoing development and certification renewals.
