As a leading name in the automotive repair industry, we offer: * Career development and ongoing training * State-of-the-art facilities and equipment * A supportive, high-performing team environment * A rewarding role in a growing, respected company The Role As a VDA Estimator, you will: * Use Audatex software to assess vehicle damage and calculate accurate repair costs * Liaise with insurers, engineers, and customers to ensure a smooth repair process * Produce precise damage assessments in line with BSI PAS 10125 standards and manufacturer guidelines * Manage workloads effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs) * Maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For We are seeking candidates with: * Proven experience as a VDA in an accident repair setting * Confidence using Audatex for damage assessments * Strong organisational and workload management skills * Knowledge of manufacturer specifications and repair methods * Experience estimating commercial vehicle damage (preferred) * ATA qualification in Estimating (desirable – we support renewals and training) Ready to accelerate your career?
