Vehicle Image Assessor (VDA) - Central Claims Up to £52,500 per annum 45 hours per week Location: Camberley GU16 Benefits * Excellent salary * 28 days annual leave (Inclusive bank holidays) raising to 30 days after 2 years of service * Workplace pension scheme * Free Training and Development Academy * Employee long service rewards (Inc. additional holiday) * Free uniform (and PPE) * Life insurance About the role Working as part our central Image Assessor team you will compile computerised assessments. * Ensure appropriate repair method selection by repair centres. * Prepare vehicle damage assessments on various computerised platforms (Audatex, GT Motive etc,.) * Maximise profit potential by optimal understanding and use of systems and allowances (Inc. Zone-99) * Negotiate repair costs with Engineers and Assessors * Evaluate PAV’s * Advise central claims team on UR vehicles. * Cost jobs for invoicing. * Audit work / images prepared by site VDA teams. You will play a pivotal role in our customer journey, working in partnership with customers and our repair centres to achieve the best outcome.
