Are you an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) or Estimator looking for a new opportunity? Due to our continued growth, we are expanding our team in Portsmouth and are seeking a skilled professional to help uphold our reputation for delivering exceptional repairs and outstanding customer service. The Role As a VDA Estimator, you will be responsible for: * Using Audatex software to assess vehicle damage and calculate accurate repair costs * Communicating with insurers, engineers, and customers to ensure smooth repair processes * Producing precise damage assessments in line with BSI PAS 10125 standards and manufacturer guidelines * Managing workloads efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs) * Maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment * Working independently and collaboratively within the team What We’re Looking For We are looking for candidates with the following: * Proven experience as a VDA in an accident repair setting * Confidence using Audatex for damage assessments * Strong organisation and workload management skills * Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-moving environment * Knowledge of manufacturer specifications and repair methods * A team-oriented approach with a customer-first mindset * Experience estimating commercial vehicle damage (preferred) * ATA qualification in Estimating (desirable – we support renewals and training) Ready to take your career forward?
