About the Job As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will play a crucial role in our repair process, ensuring the highest quality service for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting thorough assessments of vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates. * Liaising with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. * Utilising your technical expertise to identify repair requirements and develop comprehensive repair plans. * Providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with clients. * Maintaining detailed records of assessments, estimates, and repair progress. * Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. About You To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role in the automotive repair industry. * Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, including familiarity with various makes and models. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and colleagues. * Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for estimating and assessment purposes. * Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate and thorough assessments. * Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., ATA VDA accreditation) would be advantageous
