RLE International is working on behalf of their Essex based Automotive Client, who are currently looking for a Vehicle Architecture Development Engineer to support and join their expanding team. Position Description: Rate: Negotiable (via PAYE UMBRELLLA) Vehicle Architecture Development Engineer VA engineers are responsible for establishing and delivering the fundamental layout of vehicles including the dimensions; mass balance; occupant positions and accommodation and the mechanical arrangement with geometrical compatibility. VA are the first engineering team involved in the programme and involvement continues to Job#1 and beyond. Skills Required: * Excellent project and people management skills, with tenacity in resolving issues. * Excellent written and oral presentation skills; ability to interface with senior management. * Ability to resolve complex, multi-dimensional problems and present solutions with clarity.
