As a Vehicle Appraiser, you will: * Assess part-exchange vehicles, considering condition, mileage, and history. * Use industry-standard tools and software to accurately value vehicles. * Communicate vehicle valuations clearly to the sales team. * Test drive vehicles to identify any mechanical issues. * Select suitable retail stock from part-exchange vehicles. * Manage the disposal of vehicles not retained for resale, including paperwork and auction logistics.
