Position Overview: As a 3.5 Tonne Van Driver, you will be the face of our client, responsible for the friendly collection of clinical waste and the timely delivery of relevant stock to customers. Your commitment to excellent customer service will make a positive impact in your community. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain effective communication with clients. * Safely handle and manage clinical waste, adhering to all safety regulations. * Efficiently load and unload the vehicle, ensuring all deliveries are on time. * Manage customer stock deliveries while completing between 5 to 25 jobs per day, depending on the area. Work Schedule: * Days: Monday to Friday * Start Time: Between 4:00 - 6:00 a.m. * Weekly Hours: 47.5 hours * Overtime: Enjoy overtime pay at time and a quarter during the week and time and a half on weekends. To qualify for overtime, you must complete 47.5 hours in the standard five-day work week. Coverage Area: Operate throughout the South East, covering locations from Norfolk to Peterborough, Oxford to Reading, with approximately 80% of your collections based in London. Qualifications: * Valid Full UK Driving Licence. * Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience. * Must be over the age of 21. * No more than 6 penalty points on your driving record. * Right to work in the UK. ADR Certification: ADR 3, 6, and 9 certifications preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided; candidates without certification will need to sign a waiver for training costs.
