Quality Control (QC) / Valet 4th Dimension is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QC/Valet. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and safety of repaired motorcycles, contributing to our repair operations' overall success and meeting our commercial targets. Responsibilities: * Coordinate the valeting and quality checking of completed motorcycles to ensure they meet our high standards. * Perform quality checks according to defined QC check sheets, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. * Reconcile any discrepancies found against agreed-upon damage records. * Collaborate with various departments, including Estimating, Production, Workshop, and Paintshop, to confirm repairs' completeness. * Recommend and assist in implementing remedial actions as needed. * Provide feedback to other departments to improve the overall quality of output. * Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance quality and reduce costs. * Maintain an adequate stock of cleaning products and equipment. * Keep work areas clean, tidy, and organized. Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. * Broad understanding of production functions and their interconnectivity. * Familiarity with systems related to production operations. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. * Commitment to upholding the values and culture of 4th Dimension.
