Valeter Working outdoors - FULL UK MANUAL CAR LICENCE REQUIRED (Domestic and Commercial Vehicle Hire) C£22,000.00 - c£24,000.00 Leeds (LS12) Hours of work: Mon to Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 60 mins unpaid break Occasional Saturday mornings 8:00 am to 12:00 pm – with notice (Although other staff members will be happy to swap with you if you needed to) We are not looking for someone who necessarily has experience in Valeting but someone who would enjoy this type of work and enjoys a physical role - you will be given full training on how to affectively clean the vehicles including H&S requirements and you will be expected to be a safe and confident driver. You will be required to: * Hold a full UK Car Driving Licence – and confident to drive vans * Be in good health and be physically able to climb in and out of the trucks/vans with ease * Have attention to detail and genuine interest in ensuring the vehicles are presented to a very high stand This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a workload that offers variety; as a Valeter you will have 80% of your time in the Rental Depot valeting a variety of vehicles and 20% of your time spent on road, delivering and collecting vehicles that are coming on and off hire. Their core business is supplying and maintaining fleets on long, short and flexible-term hire to companies across Yorkshire however you will be required to travel the length and breadth of the country between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. You must be full of enthusiasm and have exceptional attention to detail, as well as having a strong desire to learn, and communicate positively with customers and colleagues alike. You will represent the company when delivering and collecting vehicles and must be able to mix and communicate with a wide variety of people, from all walks of life – and enjoy teamwork!
