Used Car Sales Manager - Preston - £35,000 Basic Salary - Main Dealership  Role - Used Car Sales Manager  Location - Preston  Salary - £35,000 basic salary + bonus OTE £68,000 Hours - Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 11am to 4pm, Weekend working on a rota basis Our Client is currently seeking a successful and ambitious Used Car Sales Manager to join a highly successful Motor Retail group in the Preston area    The Sales Manager role comes with a competitive salary of £35,000 basic salary + bonus OTE £68,000 and a generous benefits package Company Benifits: Career progression opportunities Company Car Acheme  Supportive and professional working environment  Key Sales Manager Roles and Responsibilities: Drive the profitable sale of vehicles, finance, insurance products, and add-ons Coach and enforce the Simpsons Sales Process across the team Ensure all deals are structured in line with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guidelines Manage and follow up all customer enquiries, including test drives and hot leads within 2 hours Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and ensure audit readiness at all times Oversee finance proposals and ensure adherence to the Consumer Credit Act 1974 Support the Skoda Finance Renewals Programme to achieve targets Maintain strong relationships with finance partners and brand representatives Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand standards Deputise for the General Sales Manager when required Requirements for Sales Manager Role: Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally in a supervisory or management role Strong understanding of finance and insurance (F&I) products Knowledge of FCA compliance and regulatory requirements Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset Highly organised with attention to detail Passion for delivering outstanding customer service Used Car Sales Manager - Preston - £35,000 Basic Salary - Main Dealership
