Our client is an established car trader with an impressive reputation for selling high end, luxurious vehicles. Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting a Used Car Sales Executive to join their small, dedicated team of industry specialists based in the Harrogate area. Used Car Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities * Proactive sales approach, ensuring that leads are followed up in a timely manner and are managed professionally. * Achieve sales targets through selling the prescribed number of vehicles per month. * Relationship building with clients, existing and previous customers. * Build rapport with customers, questioning and understanding a customers needs, be confident discussing vehicle modifications and upgrades, negotiating and closing sale. * Ensure accurate lead management and reporting. * Conduct vehicle appraisal and reappraisal on handover. Realignment of value agreed with customer upon physical inspection. Used Car Sales Executive – Skills & Experience * Experienced used car sales professional. * Professionalism, integrity and unparalleled customer service. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * High levels of attention to details, ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects simultaneously. * Full, clean driving licence.
