This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and is motivated by strong earning potential. Key Responsibilities * Sell used vehicles in line with company targets and objectives * Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry to handover * Manage enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options * Maximise profit through finance, add-on products, and upsells * Maintain accurate customer records on CRM systems * Ensure FCA compliance and adherence to sales processes * Follow up prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience in used car sales (preferred) * Proven track record of achieving sales targets * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Confident communicator with a professional approach * Self-motivated and target-driven * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * £45,000 – £55,000 OTE * Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission * High-quality used stock and strong lead flow * Supportive management and team environment * Career progression opportunities * Company benefits package
