We are looking for an experienced Upholsterer to refurbish, repair, and manufacture coach seats, including bespoke interior seating. Key Duties: Strip, repair, and refurbish coach seats Manufacture and upholster bespoke seating Repair and shape foam and seat structures Cut, sew, and fit vinyl, leather, and fabric Ensure high-quality finish and meet deadlines Requirements: Upholstery experience (commercial or automotive) Confident using industrial sewing machines Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently Desirable: Experience with coach or automotive seats Bespoke upholstery experience Package: Competitive pay based on experience Workshop-based, full-time role
