Job Title: UI/UX Planner (Producer) Location: Warwickshire | Full-time/Contract About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled UI/UX Planner (Producer) to oversee and manage the coordination of UI/UX workstreams from planning to delivery. You'll transform program requirements into actionable project plans, ensuring they align with both vehicle design and brand initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Project Coordination: Plan and operationalize UI/UX projects, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget. * Cross-Discipline Integration: Work closely with design teams to ensure smooth integration of UI/UX across all workstreams. * Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with program management and creative teams to align resources and project timelines. * Capacity Planning: Support resource and capacity planning to ensure projects run smoothly. Essential Skills: * Strong experience using MS Project, Wrike, Jira, or similar tools for project planning. * Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams. * Experience in resource planning across creative disciplines. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience & Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI and software development. * Ability to manage deadlines and work with global teams, especially those based in China. * Automotive design experience is a plus. DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS * Working with China-based clients/teams * Working with MX or Feishu tools for sharing files and deliverables * Experience of planning physical and digital requirements on a single product/project
