Our client is looking for someone with experience in the retail commercial vehicle sector, you will be running a busy workshop for a franchised truck and van dealer. Key Responsibilities as Truck Service Manager: * Meeting and visiting customers. * Ensuring staff are motivated and supported. * Maximising the profitability of the department. * Compliance with health & safety and industry legislation. * Compliance with manufacturer process and warranty requirements. * Helping to produce and achieve budgets and financial targets. * Managing both the productive and administration team. Key Requirements: * Experience running busy workshops, ideally in the retail commercial vehicle sector. * Excellent customer service skills. * Great communication skills.
