Trimmer / Trimming Assistant Daventry | £13 - £15 per hour | Mon-Thurs (8am-5pm) | Fri (8am-1pm) Do you enjoy hands-on work and have an interest in automotive or motorsport interiors? We're recruiting for a Trimmer / Trimming Assistant to join a friendly and well-established automotive manufacturer based in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with upholstery or trimming experience, but we are also very open to candidates with little or no experience who have a genuine desire to learn. What you'll be doing: Upholstery and trimming of automotive interior components, including seats and interior panels Working with materials such as leather, vinyl, carpet, and polyester Adhesive application and bonding processes Component assembly and fitting Finishing and quality inspection of completed products Maintaining a clean and organised workspace Working in line with company quality standardsWhat we're looking for: Experience in upholstery, trimming, or a similar hands-on role is beneficial but not essential Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Good manual dexterity and practical skills Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Comfortable working within a production / manufacturing environment Interest in automotive or motorsport work is highly desirableWhat's in it for you: £13 - £15 per hour (depending on experience) Early finish every Friday Temp-to-perm opportunity Supportive and friendly working environment Opportunity to develop specialist automotive skillsPlease apply with an up-to-date CV.
