Transaction Manager Location: Swindon, Wiltshire Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 OTE Hours: Full-time, including weekends on a rota About the Role We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Transaction Manager to join a busy sales operation in Swindon. This is a key role supporting the Sales Manager, controlling deal structure, maximising profitability, and ensuring full FCA compliance throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee vehicle sales transactions from proposal to completion * Structure and present finance packages clearly and compliantly * Maximise finance, warranty, GAP, and add-on product penetration * Support and coach Sales Executives to improve conversion and deal quality * Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and FCA compliant * Act as a senior point of contact for customers during the buying journey * Work closely with Sales Management to achieve KPIs and targets * Maintain strong relationships with finance houses and lenders * Monitor daily performance, penetration levels, and profitability About You * Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or Senior Sales Executive * Strong knowledge of automotive finance and FCA regulations * Confident presenting finance and protection products * Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset * Professional, organised, and customer-focused * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer * £50,000 – £60,000 OTE * Competitive basic salary * Company car or car allowance * Manufacturer and FCA training * Career progression opportunities * Pension scheme and company benefits
