As a VDA, you will assess a wide range of vehicles, using Audatex to calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally. You will liaise regularly with insurance engineers and customers. Create accurate damage assessments to BSI PAS 10125 standards, using the correct repair methods. We will support with all training both in house and through formal qualifications. About You Essentially, you will have experience in the automotive industry, coming from a parts, engineering or service background, and you will be able to: * Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are repaired to the agreed service level agreements (SLA’S) * Work to a high standard in a fast paced environment * Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specifications * Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision * Be flexible in your approach * Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind About Us Steer Automotive Group is an award-winning company with over 30 years of knowledge and expertise within the vehicle body repair sector.
