Duties & Responsibilities: * Greeting and liaising with customers. * Answering the telephone. * Informing all customers of the Workshop progress, keeping them updated at all times. * Explaining detailed work carried out on the vehicles. * Taking payments and raising invoices. * Communicating with the workshop and sales departments. * Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. Your Background & Skill: * No experience within the motor trade is needed as this is a trainee role. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work well within a team. * UK Driving Licence. * Excellent customer service skills.
