We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Parts Specialist to join our team at a cutting-edge facility, supporting trade customers with expert advice and top-quality service. The Role: As a Trade Parts Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that trade customers receive the right parts, expert recommendations, and an exceptional service experience. Your responsibilities will include: * Processing trade parts orders with accuracy and efficiency. * Advising customers on part availability and suitability. * Communicating order updates and delivery timelines. * Managing trade parts inventory to maintain optimal stock levels. * Handling returns and exchanges professionally. * Building strong relationships with trade clients alongside the sales team. * Following safety and operational procedures in the parts department. What We’re Looking For: * Experience in automotive / motor parts sales or a similar role. * Strong, specialist knowledge of automotive parts and systems. * Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy in order management. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in using computer systems and parts catalogues. * A valid UK driving licence.
