Key Responsibilities: Work trackside at all F1 events, providing real-time engineering support to race drivers and performance engineers Analyse live telemetry data to inform race strategy and vehicle setup Collaborate with factory-based performance and systems teams to ensure optimum car performance Support simulation work, pit stop strategies, and post-session data reviews React decisively in high-pressure, time-sensitive race environments Skills Required for the Trackside Engineer role: Degree-qualified in Motorsport Engineering.
