Towbar & Service Technician Required in the Halesowen area Basic Salary £27,000 with bonus available  32 days holiday entitlement 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday ONLY! Training available   Our client is one of the UK's leading trailer specialist and is seeking a Towbar & Service Technician to join their team. The main focus of this position is to both fit towbars to customer vehicles and service/repair trailers on their own fleet of vehicles.  The ideal applicant will have previous vehicle workshop experience to some extent. Experience working with towbars and trailers would be a distinct advantage but training will be provided. You must hold a full drivers licence with minimal points as well.  Your day-to-day duties as a Towbar & Service Technician will include the following: Undertake daily duties as designated by the Branch Team and Workshop Diary Fit towbars to customer vehicles having first checked for marks/scratches ensuring all marks are recorded on the relevant form.  Keep up to date with any changes to suppliers’ towbar fitting instructions including wiring via the Branch network and use of internet / intranet Report any problems or damage relating to customers’ vehicles/property immediately to the Branch Manager/Assistant Manager Service and repair the Company’s fleet of hire trailers to an agreed schedule Maintain and update full records of each trailer in the Company hire fleet for servicing purposes Assemble and modify trailers as requiredFor your hard work as a Towbar & Service Technician you will get the following: Competitive salary   Bonus earning opportunity  No weekend work 32 days of holiday including Bank Holidays Training / Learning Opportunity  Friendly working environment  If you are interested in this fantastic Towbar & Service Technician opportunity and want to hear more about other roles in the West Midlands area, contact Archie Lawson at Perfect Placement today.
