This global business of 500 people onsite is a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry who supply wingmirrors and internal vision systems for the likes of Toyota, JLR, Nissan, Volvo and some Mclaren vehicles. This company are looking for a Toolroom Supervisor to indicate the general level of responsibility of the post. Responsibilities: * To manage and oversee the time, attendance and wellbeing of all Toolroom personnel * To manage all Toolroom staff, including but not limited to PBO setting and performance monitoring * To control the day to day loading of work to the Toolmakers and Machinists * To keep all tooling jobs on track and within agreed timescales * Responsible for the MAPEX TPM schedule * Responsible for quoting Internal tooling and development jobs * To lead and assist in Toolroom improvement activitie Experience Required: * Full apprenticeship or time served as Toolmaker * All toolmaking and development skills * Toolmaking processes * CNC knowledge * Moulding & Processes
