Execute cutting tool builds, ensuring precision and efficiency in diverse machining processes. Manage Tool Offsetting Code systems, ensuring accurate measurement to optimize CNC equipment performance. Use of tooling measuring equipment (Zoller), Tool Balancing Machine & Heat Shrink System. Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies for equipment to enhance reliability and minimize downtime. Oversee tool usage across the site, maintaining optimal controlled and consignment stock levels for seamless production. Identify and implement improvements in various tooling applications, contributing to enhanced manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tooling strategies with production goals and quality standards. Raising tactical and strategic orders for new tooling purchases.  Tooling Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Knowledge of machining cell processes, set-ups, and operations. Able to read and interpret technical engineering drawings. Able to use & offer support on the use of a wide variety of measuring equipment such as, Zoller, Heat Shrink, Tool Balancing, Vernier calipers, Micrometers, Depth Micrometers, Height Gauges, Gauges, Shadow Graphs. Skilled and experienced in machining various processes and materials, such as, Aluminium, Titanium & Steels.
