We are looking for a Test Management Engineer to coordinate and oversee all testing activities, ensuring successful delivery of R&D projects of our customer based in Cranfield, UK. The role of an Engineer in the Test Management Group involves coordinating and delivering testing activities to support and bring R&D projects to market. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position: Scope of Work: Coordinate multiple large and/or small projects, ensuring they adhere to project schedules. Conduct testing through digital and/or physical evaluation of vehicle systems and products. Investigate concerns, perform root cause analysis, and develop countermeasures. Collaborate with various R&D areas to plan, prepare, and manage testing delivery and reporting. Prepare and issue necessary project documentation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate engineering project activities. Manage project documentation and analyze information with attention to detail. Present testing status and concerns in milestone meetings.Qualifications and Skills: Degree in engineering or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years) in automotive testing. General understanding of product development processes. Self-motivated and proactive in task management. Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively. Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment. Confident communication for liaising with engineers and managers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, SharePoint, Word). Knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable. Experience in project management, data analysis, and electronic file management.
