What you’ll be doing; * Support the ongoing development of a high performing team. * Making sure repairs are being completed to the highest quality. * Ensure company profits are maximised to the best ability. * Cooperate with the internal teams on a regular basis. You might be wondering what skills you need? * Have strong knowledge within the body shop repair industry. * Experience in managing a site/Bodyshop and people. * To be able to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment. * Familiar with BSI requirements.
