Responsibilities: * Handle incoming customer calls, providing expert advice on parts availability and suitability. * Process customer orders promptly and accurately. * Make proactive outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers to grow business relationships. * Build strong rapport with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. * Work collaboratively with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships. * Sales-driven with a target-focused attitude. * Basic knowledge of car parts (preferred) or a willingness to learn. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and order processing.
