Role Requirements: * Perform calibration, repair, and servicing of our hire fleet motorcycles on a daily basis. * Maintain accurate records and service reports for general maintenance tasks. * Collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrating teamwork and pride in the workplace. * Ensure high standards are maintained while adhering to company procedures and processes. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: * Follow job cards to execute repair and maintenance instructions for each motorcycle. * Identify and communicate any issues discovered before or during tasks. * Provide feedback to the Hire Fleet team to improve processes. * Prepare vehicles for inspection and release. * Uphold the highest quality and productivity standards. * Log all repair work accurately. Skills Required: * Working knowledge of motorcycles, with previous motorcycle experience preferred (any brand). * Effective communication skills to collaborate with your Line Manager and team. * Relevant technician experience is beneficial. * Understanding of motorcycle function and workings is advantageous. * Experience working on vehicles. * Ability to work well in a team environment. * Capacity to work independently, methodically, and logically.
