I am looking for a Technical Supervisor to join a leading Automotive manufacturer on a full time and permanent basis. This position will lead and oversee Maintenance Engineers, Tooling Engineers, and Apprentices to ensure tasks are completed in line with operational priorities. Technical Supervisor Permanent Monday to Thursday: 8:15am-5:00pm and Friday 8:15am-1:30pm Salary dependant on experience Larkhall Technical Supervisor Job Description Safety & Standards: Promote and uphold safe working practices, ensuring adherence to 5S and maintaining good housekeeping. Team Management & Development: Supervise, coach, and develop Apprentices and team members, managing performance, training, and career progression. Communication & Collaboration: Foster effective team communication, liaise with key stakeholders, and build constructive relationships with 3rd party contractors. Operational Excellence: Ensure proper resource allocation, support process improvements, conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, and provide escalation support.
