Our highly renowned client is searching for a passionate and results-oriented Technical Project Lead (IPTL) to spearhead the successful delivery of cutting-edge engineering solutions. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind projects, ensuring they meet all customer requirements and business objectives. You'll lead a talented team of engineers, following a structured, systems engineering V-model approach. Own the customer relationship, acting as the primary technical interface and leading negotiations for changes. Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final sign-off (including production ramp-up when applicable). Tackle challenges head-on, managing risks and issues with a proactive approach. Champion continuous improvement, driving best practices and innovative solutions within the team. They're looking for someone with: Strong experience in leading and motivating engineering teams. A deep understanding of project management best practices (APMP or similar a plus). Expertise in applying systems engineering V-model methodologies. A knack for managing stakeholder needs and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to spec.
