Job Description As a Technical Group Leader your main responsibilities are: Technical Group Leader responsible for geometric, attribute and system integration for a engineering zone on the architecture. You will lead cross functional engineering teams to drive functional and attribute targets and act as the voice of the customer. Drive and deliver vehicle-level end-to-end technical delivery plans for key systems, identifying inter-dependencies and maturation versus customer requirements, throughout virtual and physical test phases.Qualifications / Skills needed Excellent technical communication, influencing and negotiating skills. Project Management experience in a technical area.
